[Hiring] Senior Epic Radiant Application Analyst @CommonSpirit Health

Role Description

As an IT Epic Sr. Application Analyst, you will lead the design, build, implementation, and advanced support of our Epic EHR system, acting as a subject matter expert. Every day you will:

• Lead complex requirement analysis.
• Architect and configure intricate Epic modules.
• Develop advanced solutions.
• Perform comprehensive testing.
• Mentor junior analysts.

• Advanced analytical skills.
• A proven ability to lead projects and drive strategic improvements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, building, testing, implementing, and supporting information technology solutions to meet operational and clinical needs.
• Providing consultation for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Understanding system options and configurations completely and suggesting the best way to configure and utilize the system.
• Analyzing, designing, and making recommendations to improve existing systems and/or methods, and providing written, detailed reports.
• Creating thorough system design and build documentation.
• Collaborating with other analysts, staff, vendors, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in related field or 4 years of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• 3 years working with systems analysis programming/design.
• 5 years of additional relevant experience: application support, implementation.
• Development experience with applications in a hospital or medical related industry required.
• Epic Radiant experience and/or certification required.
• Epic Certification, within 120 Days.
