[Hiring] Senior Consultant, Medical Affairs Strategic Advisory @Prime

Role Description

Our Senior Consultant, Medical Affairs Strategic Advisory, is responsible for developing comprehensive intelligence, strategy, and impact measurement initiatives that support Medical Affairs objectives across the product lifecycle.

• Operating mainly in Global and US markets.
• Combines expertise in Medical Affairs, strategy development, and data analytics.
• Develops impact measurement models, audience intelligence and analysis initiatives.
• Creates integrated data and insight foundations for strategy formation.
• Utilizes Prime’s impact measurement methodology to develop models that demonstrate how medical activities help shape clinical practice, improve patient outcomes, and strengthen healthcare systems.
• Involves novel methods that sit at the forefront of how the industry measures and actions impact data.
• Acts as primary point of contact for clients, presents insights, and fosters strong partnerships.
• Ensures collaboration across medical communications, evidence, creative, and technical teams.
• Supports business development by contributing to pitches.
• Requires a mix of analytical and creative skills, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience of strategic communications planning and/or strategy consulting within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Experience working on US domestic and Global programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical communications and regulatory requirements, particularly within the US market.
• Proven experience in big data strategy and analytics, particularly in linking scientific objectives and behavior change.
• A high-level understanding of how innovative technologies can be used to design and execute omnichannel communication programs (e.g. AI, machine learning, next best action).
• Formal training and/or experience in program evaluation methodologies (gained within or outside of healthcare) would be beneficial, but not essential.
