Role Description
The Sr. Clinical Specialist is the engine behind a successful implementation and ongoing clinical adoption. You bring technical mastery, instructional skill, and project ownership to every account you touch β and your work is what makes the difference between a customer who renews and one who drifts. This is a remote position with a 50% travel expectation.
The Sr. Clinical Specialist is a highly proficient, execution-focused member of the field team β dedicated to clinical implementation, user training, and increasing adoption across all levels. This role owns the training and clinical project delivery workstreams that drive measurable outcomes for customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities β Core Clinical Role

Continually promote interest and curiosity about the Etiometry platform by sharing benefits and utility.

Identify and maintain engagement of clinical sponsors, department leads, and super users throughout implementation and post go-live visits.

Partner with CSM, PM, and Application Support to coordinate new account implementations and platform expansions.

Lead the clinical component of implementations, including stakeholder engagement and go-live support.

Participate in development and testing of defined Clinical Implementation processes.

Understand the end-to-end technical implementation process; participate in software validation and troubleshooting.

Educate clinical stakeholders on platform value propositions, risk algorithms, and use cases.

Develop and execute training plans tailored to each ICU's workflows.

Deliver training virtually and on-site in various formats for different audiences.

Train superusers to serve as interim trainers and troubleshooters.

Act as a two-way information channel between customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelorβs degree or higher in a clinical field; active clinical licensure or certification (RN, RT, NP, APP, or equivalent).

Minimum 4 years of critical-care experience β ICU, cardiac care, or critical-care transport.

Demonstrated success building rapport and credibility with clinical staff.

Proven ability to integrate software into clinical workflows.

Experienced and confident in adult education and training delivery.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years implementing software for a clinical analytics, decision support, or health tech vendor.

Experience training clinical users to navigate applications and interpret data.

Comfortable with technical terminology and initial troubleshooting.

Proficient in tools used across clinical and business environments: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM, Zoom, Teams, SharePoint.

Strong project-coordination skills; project management experience a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High degree of autonomy and initiative; self-manages priorities.

Flexible availability to accommodate customer schedules and shifts.
