[Hiring] Senior Clinical Data Quality Analyst @Ascension

Role Description

Develop and implement quality, safety, reliability and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics.

• Collaborate on metric development, reporting system design and design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reports.
• Develop approaches to presenting information including presentations and communications.
• Support complex project management, improvement initiatives and tactical decisions/plans with limited guidance.
• Benchmark national best practices and make recommendations for change as appropriate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Bachelors degree preferred.
• Clinical Experience highly preferred.
• Patient quality and safety review experience preferred.
• 5 years of experience preferred.
