Role Description
This position follows a variable weekday schedule requiring 24 hours per week, worked as three 8-hour shifts. The employee's days of the week preferences will be taken into consideration; however, at times flexibility is required to meet business deadlines and needs.

Review and label clinical data looking for alignment and agreement.

Assist with SME evaluation of annotations.

Evaluate model results and other complex human-data intensive tasks ensuring timely and correct results.

Provide PCC subject matter expertise, such as workflows, as a clinician who has documented in the EHR.

Help resolve disputes and discrepancies among clinical subject matter experts regarding clinically labeled data.

Interact with research staff, product, and other stakeholders to support the team in discovering requirements and to educate technical and non-technical audiences about complex clinical aspects of AI solutions.

Advocate for the quality and clinical accuracy of AI solutions by collaborating with technical teams such as senior model development researchers, Product Leaders, and AI UXR/UXD researchers.
Qualifications

RN or NP Degree and valid current license.

7+ years of Nursing experience. Preference to LTPAC and management experience.

Healthcare informatics knowledge or equivalent technical skills/background.

A strong understanding of common AI phenomena such as hallucinations, omissions, and other terminology such as LLM, NLP, ML.

Experience and familiarity in using PCC products.

Experience and familiarity with using data labeling software.

Ability to perform extensive data manipulation tasks on a computer for extended periods of time when needed.

Understands statistical measures to help drive interannotator agreement.

Demonstrated ability to quickly master new software, concepts, technologies, and systems.

Ability to review nuanced clinical concepts differentiating them into categories.

Demonstrated ability to engage and drive consensus among other SMEs of varying specialties and levels of expertise.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Requirements

$54.09 - $60.10 an hour.

This is a contract role paid in an hourly rate.

The offer range is $54.09 - $60.10 USD per hour, and is not eligible for benefits or paid time off.

You will receive another 4% per hour in lieu of these benefits.
