Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state served.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (Home Health experience is a significant plus!).
• Exceptional critical thinking, proven clinical expertise, strong case management abilities, and an unwavering commitment to patient-centered care.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Requirements

• Flexible Schedule: One 10-hour Weekday and One 10-hour Weekend Day – Total 20 hours per week!
• NO After-Hour On-Call Requirements!
• Eligible for Comprehensive Benefits starting at 20 hours per week.
• Weekend Shift Differential.
