Role Description

Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse RN Quality Improvement Specialist PRN.

This PRN Nurse must reside in close proximity to Sarasota, FL (2 hours) - remote.

• Schedule: PRN; must be able to commit to at least 20 hours per week (business hours).
• Location: remote - required to reside within 2 hours of Sarasota, FL.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or healthcare professional with a minimum of an associate degree in a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3+ years of home health experience (required).
• OASIS knowledge required (certification not required).
• Strong understanding of Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), including face-to-face requirements.
• CPHQ preferred or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports.
