Optimize operational health by overseeing daily departmental workflows and budgetary processes to ensure resources are utilized effectively.

Serve as the subject matter expert for utilization criteria and appeal processes, providing the clarity and guidance your staff needs to navigate complex regulatory requirements.

Bridge the gap between care and compliance by aligning medical and nursing leadership with revenue cycle goals to maintain seamless, high-quality patient journeys.
Qualifications

Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) by date of hire required.

Professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

Two years of related experience is required.
