Role Description
As an RIS Optimization Analyst at RadNet, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century. You will align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive list of feature requests for RadNet, ensuring regular communication of this agenda with RadNet Operations.

Stay informed about current system developments, conducting analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing current practices.

Collaborate with colleagues to rigorously test and assist in implementing new features, bug fixes, "go-lives," and software releases.

Keep Management and Operations informed about new features and corresponding training requirements.

Attain proficiency in RadNet Applications and systems, contributing to innovative solutions with existing features and promptly resolving system issues as they arise.

Work closely with Operational Leadership, IT Team, and Developers to document issues and mobilize effective solutions.

Contribute to developing best practices for creating and analyzing financial data reports.

Evaluate and calculate procedures associated with financial responsibility.

Develop tools and software to improve our financial analytics.

Conduct training sessions for RadNet Management on downline training and communication, encompassing new hires, IT teams, and acquisitions as necessary.

Optimize workflows and craft job aids to enhance operational efficiency.

Effectively communicate information and provide appropriate guidance, consultation, and recommendations to the personnel.

Regularly monitor and analyze the RadNet application and systems, investigating findings, and promptly resolving issues to ensure optimization.

Analyze insurance and patient responsibility at the time of accuracy.

Provide support and coverage for Software Quality Assurance.

Understand and articulate support/project requests for efficient handling and resolution.
Qualifications

College education or work experience in a related field is preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Must have SQL experience.

Preferred experience in Salesforce.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be meticulous and self-motivated.

Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
