The TCT Respiratory Therapist Lead is responsible for assisting the TCT Supervisor in maintaining competency, clinical training, program integrity, and compliance along with performing the standard TCT RT related job duties. These include:

• Assisting patients with respiratory and respiratory-related equipment.
• Assessing patient/client needs and selecting, instructing, and troubleshooting appropriate equipment and/or services.
• Maintaining appropriate documentation, remote patient monitoring, and related telehealth services.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy Care Program.
• Must have valid RCP License in the state of practice.

Requirements

• Experience as Respiratory Therapist.
• Experience conducting patient care via technology-driven platforms.
• Proficient with basic computer skills including: Zoom, Excel, Google platforms, etc.
• Thorough knowledge and skill related to Respiratory Care Field.
• Excellent Customer Relation & Communication Skills.
• People-sensitive characteristics with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to recognize the needs and concerns of people to result in constructive working relationships.
• Detail-oriented.
