[Hiring] Research Nurse Trainer @Florida Cancer Specialists

Role Description

Responsible for developing, administering, and compliance tracking of education/training for research staff members and investigators.

• Assists in identifying learning needs of research staff and investigators on an individual, regional, or research department-wide basis.
• Works with clinic management staff to facilitate protocol-specific training for nursing and pharmacy staff.
• Assists in the development of education-based corrective action plans (CAPA) and ensures training/retraining requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN or higher
• Previous Experience: Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years in oncology
• Minimum of 2 years clinical research experience

Requirements

• Background, drug, and nicotine screens are required.
• All offers of employment are contingent upon clear results of a thorough background screening.
• New hires must receive various vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine, barring an approved exemption.
• FCS is a drug-free workplace; all new hires will be subject to drug/nicotine testing.
