[Hiring] Regulatory/Quality Reporting Analyst @Impact Advisors

Role Description

We are seeking a Regulatory & Quality Reporting Analyst to support CMS quality reporting, regulatory compliance initiatives, and Epic-related build and reporting activities for a healthcare organization. This contract role requires a combination of healthcare regulatory knowledge and Epic technical expertise across inpatient and outpatient settings.

• Support CMS quality measure submissions, including eCQMs, inpatient/outpatient quality reporting, and ACO/MSSP programs
• Monitor and interpret CMS and ONC proposed/finalized regulations and assess operational impact
• Build and support Epic reporting and configuration solutions, including QRDAs, extracts, risk assessments, and clinical documentation workflows
• Perform monthly and quarterly quality performance monitoring and reporting
• Collaborate with regulatory leadership and support junior analysts as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with CMS and ONC regulatory programs
• Hands-on experience with CMS quality reporting and submissions
• Epic reporting/build experience including QRDAs and clinical documentation configuration
• Ability to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Experience supporting both inpatient and outpatient environments

Requirements

• Epic certification(s)
• Experience mentoring junior team members
• Healthcare system or provider-side experience
