Your job is straightforward:

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week.
Qualifications

Currently enrolled or graduated from an APA accredited PhD/ PsyD/ EdD program for Clinical Psychology.

Registered or able to register as a Psychological Associate with the California Board of Psychology.

Board approval must be obtained prior to beginning supervision.

Ability to commit to a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Eligibility to become credentialed with insurance panels.

Attendance at all required training and supervision sessions.
Requirements

Experience working with trauma, mood disorders, addiction, families, and couples.

Training in modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or EMDR is preferred.

Comfortable using electronic medical records.
Benefits

Clinical rates are between $40β$45 per session.

Administrative work is compensated at $20 per hour.

Private pay rates vary based on what the client is paying.

Ability to choose between an hourly or salary structure once full-time status has been achieved.

Participate in monthly consultations with our clinical team and monthly team events that foster genuine connection (e.g., training, workshops, volleyball, hikes, game nights, etc.).
