Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Navigator to join our Prenuvo Medical Group. This is a remote, patient-facing role that combines direct outreach with strategic internal collaboration. You’ll be a clinical voice on the frontlines calling and supporting patients as they move through the Prenuvo experience while also helping shape the systems and workflows that enable care at scale.

This is a fixed-term, 22-week contract position covering a leave of absence and is fully remote. Candidates must be located in the US within registered Prenuvo locations and be comfortable working across time zones (EDT/CDT/MDT/PDT). This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

Qualifications

Active compact state RN license

Available to work full-time hours during standard business hours

Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in ambulatory care, radiology, oncology, or concierge settings

Minimum 2 years of remote nursing experience in addition to the 3 years of clinical experience

Certifications in radiology-related and/or oncology-related nursing

Strong background in patient communication, education, and relationship-building over the phone and video
-
Experience working cross-functionally within healthcare or digital health teams

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment—comfortable with ambiguity, pivots, and iterative work

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Confidence using clinical software, telehealth platforms, and productivity tools

Demonstrated systems thinking and eagerness to contribute to continuous improvement

Requirements

Proactively call and follow up with patients to guide them through the Prenuvo journey

Conduct pre-scan assessments and answer patient questions with clarity and empathy

Support patients in understanding what to expect, how to prepare, and what their next steps may be

Offer clinical insight and emotional support as needed, referring to NPs or MDs when appropriate

Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, clinical, and support teams to surface patient needs and friction points

Contribute to internal process improvements by sharing insights and identifying workflow gaps

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing, and feedback loops
-
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions

Ensure compliance with privacy standards and clinical protocols

Coordinate with other members of the medical group to ensure seamless patient care

The hourly compensation for this role ranges from $43-$46 USD per hour, depending upon experience and geographic location
