[Hiring] QA Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) @Golden Steps ABA

Role Description

Make a difference and love doing it. We are a small, employee-centric organization driven by our collective commitment to ABA excellence.

• Onboard and train new BCBAs
• Review reports and revise changes on reports that are completed by BCBAs
• Review goals and programming for specific clients
• Address any issues with session notes that are flagged by QA note reviewers
• Be available for clinical or technical help for BCBAs

Qualifications

• Currently a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or sitting for your BCBA exam within one month
• LBA (if applicable)
• Willing to have a background check
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
