Role Description

The primary focus of this role will be conducting quality audits and providing client call coverage to support case study education. Any remaining capacity will be dedicated to preparing appeal submissions in her clinician role.

Qualifications

• Ability to conduct quality audits.
• Experience in client call coverage.
• Knowledge in preparing appeal submissions.

Requirements

• Regular eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
• Able to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day.
• Ability to function in an environment with constant interruptions.
• Capability to sit for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to manage elevated levels of stress during periods of increased activity and multiple deadlines.
