[Hiring] PT Clinician/Case Manager @MISIDE

Role Description

The (Part-time) Outpatient Clinician/Case Manager Position is responsible for providing Mental Health Services to clients remotely through video conferencing, adhering to ethical guidelines and maintaining client confidentiality within a virtual setting. These services shall include:

• Assessment
• Service planning
• Individual, group or family based interventions

The Clinician/Case Manager provides these services within the scope of their professional discipline.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited school
• One year of experience providing clinical services to individuals with severe mental illness, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, and severe emotional disturbances/disruptive behaviors
• Work experience utilizing electronic medical records
• State of Michigan professional license (LMSW, LLMSW, LP, LLP)
• Michigan's Certified within 30 days of hire
• Possess clinical skills in crisis intervention, assessment, and therapeutic intervention

Requirements

• 20 hours per week
• Evening Shift Monday - Friday (4:00 pm - 8:00 pm)
• Services will be provided remotely

Benefits

• Based on experience and qualifications, with a starting rate of $30.00 per hour
