Role Description

As a Part-Time or Full-Time Psychotherapist, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate and effective therapy to our diverse client base. You will work remotely, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients and deliver high-quality counseling services. Your role will involve:

• Conducting initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on clients' specific goals and concerns
• Providing remote counseling sessions using telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to effectively address clients' mental health issues
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes
• Staying updated on current research and best practices in the field of psychotherapy
• Attending regular supervision and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Valid licensure or certification as a Psychotherapist in the state of practice (where applicable) Residents also eligible
• Proven experience in providing remote therapy, preferably in a telehealth setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Sound knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and their application to various mental health conditions
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
• Strong ethical standards and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with telehealth platforms
