Role Description

Lyra Health is seeking qualified and dedicated Psychologists as maternity cover for a fixed workload of 80% for an initial period of 6 months, with the option for extension. Responsibilities include:

• Psychological counseling via phone and chat for employees on various issues including work, relationships, family, social matters, and health.
• Telephone support sessions following traumatic events.
• Consultation for managers on various leadership tasks (handling psychologically burdened employees, workplace addiction, etc.).
• Conducting workshops and training for employees and managers, if suitably qualified.

Qualifications

• Completed Master's degree in Psychology.
• Experience in psychological counseling (preferably solution-oriented).
• Native-level German proficiency; very good oral and written skills in English; French is an advantage.
• Proficient in using various digital communication and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, etc.).
