Role Description
Reporting to the Regional Medical Leader, clinicians function as integral members of the Eleanor Health treatment team. In order to be considered for employment, candidates must have experience prescribing MAT in the past. This is a remote role.

Provides direct patient care for MAT, substance use, and other psychiatric disorders both in-person and via telemedicine.

Works closely with Eleanor Health Practice Administrator, Lead Clinician, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of medical services with whole-person support services.

Ensures medical care and documentation are in compliance with all applicable state and federal laws, regulations, and CARF accreditation standards.

Participates in continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives.
Qualifications

Current active, unencumbered New Jersey Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) license.

MSN degree or higher.

Active DEA Registration for controlled substances.

Current National Certification as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

Benefits
The total target annual compensation range for this position is $135-140,000. The actual compensation offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicantโs qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
