Qualifications

Experience in treating individuals with substance use disorders, such as OUD or AUD, and providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Adept at learning new technologies and using technology in practice.

Enjoy working in a collaborative environment that values support and mentorship.

Dedicated and able to provide patient-centered psychiatric care.

Can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week (open 7 days a week).

Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Requirements

A Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York without any restrictions (active or pending).

A Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certification (active or pending).

ANCC Board Certification in Psychiatry (active).

Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management:
Deliver compassionate and high-quality psychiatric care, addiction care, and medication management through a convenient telehealth platform.

Team-Based Collaboration:
Be part of an integrated team of prescribing clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators.

Collaborative Case Conferences:
Partner with the clinical and care team to assess and adapt treatment strategies for high-risk members bi-weekly.

Member Education and Health Promotion:
Empower members with education on preventative practices and lifestyle habits.

Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing:
Stay informed about the latest evidence-based psychiatric practices and share key learnings.

Thorough Recordkeeping:
Maintain accurate, detailed patient records to document symptoms, treatment plans, medications, and progress.
