Role Description
We're launching Prosper Health's Medication Management program by the end of 2026, and hiring Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners in Arizona to provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for autistic and neurodivergent adults via telehealth.
-
Medication management is a natural extension of the individualized support we've always believed neurodivergent adults deserve.
-
Prescribing decisions are made in the full context of a client's mental and physical health history and goals.

-
Maintain the required visit cadence and PDMP checks for controlled-substance prescribing in compliance with Arizona and DEA requirements.
-
Write clear, thorough documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and follow-up visits.
