Role Description

We’re seeking a passionate Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care team and make a difference through holistic, functional, and patient-centered care. This role is a telehealth role supporting our Oregon clinics.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) or eligibility to obtain.
• Board certification as a PMHNP required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interest in functional, lifestyle, and integrative approaches to mental health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (NextGen experience preferred).

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and ADHD.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that may include medication, therapy recommendations, and lifestyle interventions.
• Collaborate with primary care providers, health coaches, and behavioral health professionals to support integrated, whole-person care.
• Educate and empower patients on mental health, wellness strategies, and preventive care.
