Role Description

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit.
• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence.
• Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes.
• Partner with Mindbloom guides to give each client a coordinated, whole-person experience.
• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver.
• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients.

Qualifications

• State Licensure: Psychiatric-Mental Health NP or Psychiatric PA (minimum 6 months of psychiatric experience) licensed in Pennsylvania with an active DEA registration.
• Experience: You confidently take on complex psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose depression, anxiety, and PTSD.
