Role Description
- Responsible for coordinating pre-screening referrals, patient admission process, and PPS to the Acute Rehabilitation Center.
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
Requirements
- Current Illinois Registered Nurse License
- BLS preferred
- Technical Experience: 5 years
Role Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinates the Acute Rehabilitation admission, referral and PPS systems.
- Assists with coverage during staff shortages.
- Assists with staff training.
Compensation
- $30.57 to $47.38 (Commensurate with experience)
