Role Description

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Indigo. This is a 0.9 FTE position for our Virtual Clinic.

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Washington or Idaho
• FTE: 0.9 = 12-13 x 12 hour shifts/month
• Shift: Day
• Schedule: TBD
• APP Salary Range – 1.0 FTE Min $148,411.00 - Max $158,696.00

Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position to support our urgent care clinics. Qualifications

• Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in UC, ED or FM setting
