Role Description

Ovadia Heart Health is seeking a US-based board-certified or board-eligible Physician (MD or DO) to join our team. This role focuses on primary care, cardiovascular risk assessment, prevention, and longitudinal care delivered through a modern, concierge, virtual care model.

• Conduct comprehensive telemedicine visits
• Review advanced labs and cardiac imaging
• Collaborate closely with nurse practitioners, health coaches, and operations to deliver high-touch, prevention-focused care

We take a whole-person approach to heart health — combining standard medical care with deeper analysis of lifestyle, metabolism, and advanced diagnostics to guide treatment decisions beyond traditional care pathways.

Qualifications

• Enjoys preventive and longitudinal care, not episodic visits
• Comfortable reviewing advanced labs, imaging, and medical records
• Prefers thoughtful, high-impact visits over high patient volume
• Thrives in a fast-evolving, collaborative environment
• Wants to help shape how modern heart health care is delivered

Requirements

• No insurance billing for physician visits
• Time to thoroughly review imaging, labs, and patient history
• Team-based care with NPs and metabolic health coaches
• Focus on metabolic health, prevention, and root cause, not reactive medicine
• Fully virtual practice with national reach
• Must reside and work within the United States of America
