What You'll Do:

• Provide home care therapy under the supervision of a PT
• Visit adult and geriatric patients in their homes and help them regain strength and function
• Complete accurate and timely therapy documentation (training provided)
• Be the best part of someone’s day!

Visit Expectations:

• Full-time assistants typically complete 28 or more visits per week, with most completing around 30
• Part-time: visit expectations are flexible; most part-time assistants complete 15 or more visits per week

Compensation and Benefits

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. The visit rate for this role ranges from $45-53 per visit. Other visit types are compensated at different rates. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

• Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked.
• Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
• Eligible employees may participate in IHT's 401(k) plan after meeting age and service requirements.
• Additional offerings may include dental, vision, life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)
