Role Description

As a Vori Health Physical Therapist, you are an integral part of the care team. You have responsibility for making sure that Vori Health patients are experiencing the best care possible, ultimately empowering them to live their best life. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Deep dives into patient care.
• Speaking with other clinicians and key stakeholders on the patients’ care team to identify opportunity areas to focus on.
• Working closely with the Director of Physical Therapy and Lead Physical Therapist.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree.
• Active, unencumbered PT license in your home state.
• State of residence is part of the PT Compact.
• Orthopedic Physical Therapy Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in digital care or outpatient physical therapy clinic evaluating and treating patients with a range of musculoskeletal pain conditions utilizing a biopsychosocial model. OCS a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of continuing education and/or post-graduate training in relevant areas.
• Demonstrated competence and passion for digital care delivery or telehealth.
• Completion of the APTA telehealth certificate course series.
• Proven record of matching patient needs to treatment plans.
• Strong experience administering a wide range of physical therapy techniques delivered digitally.
• A strong sense of empathy and the ability to motivate patients.
• Ability to create effective therapeutic alliances with patients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking skills, flexibility, and the ability to design innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Graceful at managing expectations while pushing for continuous improvement.
• Comfort working within an environment of rapid pace and constant change.

Requirements

• Responsible for overseeing and supervising the work of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Ensure PTAs deliver safe and effective patient care.
• Communicate and collaborate, developing treatment plans.
• Co-sign PTA notes and monitor progress.
• Provide guidance and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
