Role Description

This is a remote position. Looking for a flexible teletherapy opportunity where you can make a meaningful difference? We are partnering with a California school district to hire a dedicated Part-Time Virtual Physical Therapist for the upcoming school year. This fully remote position allows you to provide high-quality physical therapy services from the comfort of your home while helping students reach their mobility and functional goals.

• Deliver virtual physical therapy services to students through a secure teletherapy platform.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess students' physical and functional needs.
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans that align with each student's IEP goals.
• Partner with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success.
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide recommendations to support student outcomes.
• Track student performance, adjust treatment strategies as needed, and document progress accurately.
• Prepare and maintain timely therapy notes, progress reports, and required compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and technology skills.
• Hold an active California Physical Therapist license or be eligible to obtain licensure.
• Ability to provide remote services while meeting all California state and school district requirements.
• Previous experience in school-based practice or teletherapy is preferred but not required.
• Passionate about helping students enhance mobility, independence, and participation in the educational environment.
