Role Description
Upon referral provides professional Physical Therapy services including evaluations, planning individual patient care programs, and treatments. Demonstrates/uses current knowledge of principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Participates in job related departmental functions as an integral member of the patient care team.
Qualifications

Bachelors in Physical Therapy and a minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in a physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR

Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.

Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended, upon hire.

Masters in Physical Therapy and a minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in a physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR
-
Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.

Knowledge of physical therapy theory, treatment, and evaluation in areas of neurology is recommended, upon hire.

Doctorate of Science in Physical Therapy and a minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in a physical disabilities setting, preferably in acute care or acute rehab; OR

Completion of six to nine months internship in an acute care or acute rehab.

Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire.
