Role Description
As a Vori Health Physical Therapist, you are an integral part of the care team, responsible for ensuring that Vori Health patients experience the best care possible. You will:

Practice at the top of your license by screening patients for concerning symptoms and referring them to other Vori healthcare professionals as appropriate.

Perform initial and ongoing digital physical therapy evaluations according to APTA standards of practice and state standards.

Demonstrate excellent clinical decision-making with patients across the musculoskeletal care spectrum utilizing a biopsychosocial model.

Develop and implement a Plan of Treatment, managing it safely and efficiently, including collaboration with other Vori team members.

Adjust the Plan of Treatment based on patient progress.

Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation procedures.

Maintain professional knowledge through educational workshops and professional publications.

Communicate and assist other Vori care team members as needed to provide effective treatment.

Meet company and quality standards as defined by Vori Health.
Qualifications

Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree.

Active, unencumbered PT license in your home state.
-
State of residence is part of the PT Compact.

At least 3 years of experience in digital care or outpatient physical therapy clinic.

Demonstrated track record of continuing education and/or post-graduate training in relevant areas.

Demonstrated competence and passion for digital care delivery or telehealth.

Completion of the APTA telehealth certificate course series.

Strong experience administering a wide range of physical therapy techniques delivered digitally.

Ability to create effective therapeutic alliances with patients.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Critical thinking skills and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish (Nice-to-Have).

Experience or certification in pelvic floor physical therapy or a related specialization (Nice-to-Have).

Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in the United States.
