We're looking for energetic and detail-oriented pharmacy technician associate representatives to join our team.
We're looking for Registered/Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join our Tech Triage Team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients, providers, pharmacies, and internal partners requiring specialty pharmacy support. You'll analyze incoming requests, determine the appropriate resolution path, and either resolve the issue, route the request to the appropriate team, or facilitate a warm transfer to a pharmacist when clinical intervention is required.
This is an ideal opportunity for technicians who enjoy problem-solving, critical thinking, and helping patients receive timely access to their medications while working in a structured Monday-Friday environment.
Shift:

Training: 8a β 4:30p EST, Mon β Fri for 6 weeks.

Post Training: 10:30a β 7p EST, Mon β Fri.
What youβll do:

Answer and triage inbound calls from patients, providers, pharmacies, contact center representatives, and internal teams by verifying caller details, assessing needs, and determining the appropriate resolution, transfer, or escalation path.

Resolve non-clinical pharmacy requests within technician scope, route General Verbal Line calls, and perform warm transfers to pharmacists for clinical consultations or medication-specific concerns.

Document all interactions, chart notes, customer contact details, call dispositions, and outcomes accurately and timely in pharmacy systems in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.

Verify and update prescription information, patient profiles, medication and allergy details, and other pharmacy data while maintaining accuracy in internal systems.

Deliver a professional patient experience by using strong communication skills, following HIPAA, privacy, and quality standards, and partnering with pharmacists and operations teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.

Active Pharmacy Technician License.

Must reside in Ohio, Florida, or Indiana.

1+ year(s) of customer service experience, pharmacy, healthcare, or call center experience.

Demonstrated computer proficiency and data entry accuracy.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 25 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
