[Hiring] PCH Referral Coordinator @BHS

Role Description

Under general direction, coordinates referral requests and communication of appointments using general clerical and customer service skills including, but not limited to:

• Organizing requests from multiple locations
• Obtaining pre-authorizations
• Communicating status of appointments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of medical office experience

Requirements

• Monday through Friday 8-hour shift between 9:00 am and 5:30 pm
• Position trains onsite but will be fully work from home after successful completion of 90-day orientation
