Role Description

The Scheduler is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the nursing schedule for home infusion patients. This position involves:

• Interacting with patients and caregivers regarding their home infusion visit and scheduling issues.
• Maintaining patient records.
• Consistent communication with the care team.

This is a remote worker position.

Qualifications

• 1 year Office experience in health care setting.
• Customer service experience.

Requirements

• 1 year Home care experience.
• Home infusion experience.
• Coordination of home care/home infusion experience.
• Experience with scheduling.
