Role Description
Support the clinical management and order setup of specialty pharmacy patients under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Ensure accurate coordination of patient deliveries and provide exceptional customer service.
Hours: Monday- Friday, rotating shift between 8am-5:30pm EST
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with patients, caregivers, and medical staff to coordinate home and office deliveries.

Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow-up as directed by a pharmacist.

Assist with onboarding new specialty patients and maintain accurate patient records.

Complete patient assessments and medication delivery setup under pharmacist supervision.

Provide copay information, process payments, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Document all interactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Meet quality and productivity standards while delivering excellent service.
Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.

Works well independently and in a team environment.

Maintains professionalism and confidentiality.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
-
At least 1 year related customer service experience within a healthcare environment.

Pharmacy Technician certification preferred.

Prior specialty healthcare experience desired.
