[Hiring] Patient Coordinator Specialist @RxDiet

Role Description

We are seeking a hands-on Patient Coordinator Specialist to own the day-to-day management of our patient referrals and set up their onboarding into RxDiet. This full-time remote role is in the United States. You must be living in the United States. At this time, we cannot provide sponsorship for this role.

• You will be instrumental in ensuring patients are accurately loaded into our system.
• Handling referral inaccuracies.
• Coordinating with referral navigators.
• Ensuring RxDiet patients have the best possible experience when starting with our service.
• This is an opportunity to make a big impact on a small team by providing a great patient experience, ensuring accuracy, and having strong communication inside and outside the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare.
• Must have worked directly with healthcare patients and providers previously.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with a can-do attitude and startup mindset.
• You are interested in food-as-medicine, startups, and community health.
