[Hiring] Patient Account Rep I @Radiology Partners

Role Description

• Manage account follow-up and collections, including appeals and denial resolution
• Review EOBs and payer responses to ensure accurate reimbursement and identify trends
• Analyze accounts and determine appropriate next steps for timely resolution
• Communicate with payers to resolve claim issues and reprocess claims as needed
• Document all collection activities accurately while maintaining HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of physician billing and collections experience
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

Compensation

The hourly range for this position is $19-$22.
