Role Description
Seven Starling is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider to add to its world-class therapist team. You will work with Seven Starling’s clinical and leadership team to consistently deliver a high quality care experience to our patients.
As a Seven Starling Therapist, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy, for women navigating their reproductive journeys.
This is a part‑time, exempt, salaried position:

Total calendar availability: 29 hours open per week

Actual patient sessions: Approximately 20-21 completed sessions per week with at least 5 open slots after 4pm

Available to work during standard business hours: 8am-8pm with at least 20% of appointments being available after 4pm (approximately 5 appointments) on weekdays

Participating in clinical consultation individually and in groups, and joining our monthly clinical team meeting

Delivering the Seven Starling Care Model by utilizing evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT, attachment-based approaches)

Creating and maintaining high-quality documentation and treatment plans

Collaborating with a supportive clinical team in a feedback-rich environment

Contributing to company-wide initiatives aligned with your interests
Qualifications

Independently licensed in MI (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist)

Michigan Residency requirement

At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal, menopausal health or women’s mental health

Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care

Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices

Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model with shared consultation and continuous learning

Passion for Seven Starling’s mission and an eagerness to contribute to a growing, dynamic company

Multi-state license is a plus
