Role Description
As a member of our transdisciplinary team, you will deliver virtual outpatient therapy to individuals affected by chronic conditions and their family caregivers.

Perform remote clinical counseling services to clients of Nolia as scheduled and in accordance with company policies

Maintain proper licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics which are binding upon or applicable to the services performed at Nolia

Complete written records for each patient including, but not limited to: intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time-to-time by Nolia or third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient

Maintain up to date and accurate patient files at all times
Qualifications

Master's degree or Doctoral degree in counseling or social work

Active, unrestricted license (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in the State of California or Washington

Required experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes in compliance with healthcare plans

Ideally 2 years of experience (professional or lived) in understanding the needs and challenges faced by family caregivers and older adults

Demonstrate a deep understanding of cultural humility and the ability to communicate and effectively interact with individuals from different cultures, abilities, genders, ethnicities, and races

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients

Specialty or training in ACT and/or CBT highly preferred

Social justice oriented and practices anti-racism work

Proficiency in another language, other than English, is a plus but not required

This is a fully remote role for candidates licensed in the state of Washington or California

Hiring Process
Candidates selected for a brief initial screening call will have the opportunity to discuss the role and next steps. Those moving forward will then meet with at least two members of our clinical leadership team for a 45-minute interview.
