Role Description

The Remote Order Verification Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate and timely clinical review of medication orders in a virtual environment. This role ensures safe medication use, regulatory compliance, and quality patient care by:

• Verifying orders
• Resolving medication related issues
• Collaborating with healthcare teams through secure digital platforms

This position is remote from a Kettering facility and provides system wide support for verification.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active State of Ohio pharmacist license
• Three years inpatient pharmacy experience and/or completion of ASHP accredited Pharmacy residency program preferred
• Excellent written and communication skills
