Role Description
As an Oncology Nurse Team Lead, you will oversee and manage one or more of our frontline nurse teams, ensuring their ability to deliver the highest standards of clinical care and operational efficiency as they advocate, coach, and provide members with clinical guidance throughout their care journey.

Manage clinical escalations and provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring to your teams.

Drive the productivity and performance of your team and foster cross-team collaboration.

Identify opportunities for quality improvement initiatives and enhance Thyme Careβs service offerings.

Communicate feedback to our clinical leadership from members, providers, and your teams.

Support our nurses in identifying and prioritizing member needs and assisting them with care coordination and clinical support.

Provide clinical expertise in medical, behavioral, and crisis management.

Develop strategies to promote culturally competent care and close the health literacy gap.
Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Multi-state, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) compact license
-
At least 8 years of nursing experience, with 2 years as a people manager in oncology and/or case management

Certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse (AOCN), Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Specialist (AOCNS), or Certified Case Manager (CCM)
