Role Description
As a Hudson Behavioral Health OMHC Clinical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health treatment. The OMHC Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the professional development of mental health staff. This role ensures that clinical services are delivered in accordance with best practices, ethical standards, and organizational policies. The supervisor provides guidance, support, and feedback to staff to enhance their clinical skills and ensure high-quality care for clients.
As a Clinical Supervisor with Hudson Behavioral Health, your primary tasks and responsibilities are as follows:

Provide individual and group clinical supervision to LMSWs, interns, and other assigned clinical staff in accordance with Maryland regulations and Hudson Behavioral Health policies.

Review and approve clinical documentation, assessments, treatment plans, and other clinical records to ensure compliance with regulatory, payer, accreditation, and organizational standards.

Provide clinical consultation, case review, and guidance related to assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, risk management, crisis intervention, and discharge planning.

Support the professional development of clinical staff through mentoring, coaching, performance feedback, and guidance regarding licensure and continuing education requirements.

Collaborate with program leadership and treatment team members to promote quality clinical services, continuity of care, and positive client outcomes.

Participate in quality assurance activities, including chart audits, documentation review, and clinical practice improvement initiatives.

Maintain required supervision records and perform other clinical supervision-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Active and unrestricted Maryland clinical license in good standing, qualifying the individual to provide clinical supervision under applicable Maryland laws and regulations (e.g., LCSW-C).

Qualified to provide supervision for LMSWs and behavioral health interns in accordance with requirements established by the applicable Maryland licensing board and regulatory authorities.

Knowledge of Maryland OMHC regulations, clinical documentation standards, ethical practice requirements, and payer compliance expectations.

Demonstrated experience in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and evidence-based behavioral health treatment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to provide constructive clinical feedback.
