Role Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team! As an Occupational Therapist, you will meet and discuss treatment needs and craft customized, comprehensive therapy plans for families and children.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs.
• Conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each client.
• Create a therapy plan specific to each family.
• Maintain excellent records of therapy and progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with patients.

Most of this caseload is predominately 0-3, with a growing number of cases from 3-5 as well. We serve both early intervention and pediatric populations in daycares, homes, and pre-schools. We currently serve pediatric clients in 20 North Carolina counties, offering speech, OT, and developmental therapy services.
