Role Description

The Cancer Outcomes Research and Education department is seeking a Registered Nurse Research Interventionist to facilitate the delivery of a Supportive Care research intervention. The interventionist will lead a virtual supportive care program for patients with Triple-negative breast cancer who are transitioning to surveillance.

• Lead small-group sessions focused on psychoeducation, coping with fear of cancer recurrence, stress management, mindfulness, and basic cognitive-behavioral strategies, in accordance with the study protocol.

Responsible for leading and conducting research projects to advance nursing knowledge, improve patient care outcomes, and contribute to evidence-based practices. This role involves:

• Designing and implementing research studies.
• Collecting and analyzing data.
• Disseminating findings through publications and presentations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Registered Nurse [RN - State License] - Generic - HR Only required.
• Clinical nursing experience of 2-3 years required.
• Experience in nursing research, including study design, data collection, and analysis of 3-5 years required.
