Role Description

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a virtual full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year or more of Gastroenterology or related experience
• Must reside in one of the following approved states: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, or Florida
• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Active DEA registration
