Role Description
The Clinical Technical Specialist (CTS) will serve as the field-based nuclear medicine technology expert ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Telix products. This role will oversee multiple, complex site activation initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and strategically contribute to corporate sales objectives by optimizing the end-user experience utilizing Telix assets.
Key Accountabilities:

Lead and oversee the strategic onboarding of new imaging sites, ensuring seamless integration of Telix radiopharmaceuticals into both commercial and clinical workflows.

Develop and implement best practices for imaging site optimization, including protocol standardization, scanner settings, and workflow efficiency improvements, ensuring high-quality imaging outcomes.

Oversee and execute key field activities for imaging sites in alignment with corporate strategy, ensuring optimal support for product launches and HCP education.

Build and maintain high-level collaboration with Territory Account Managers within their geography.

Contribute to the development and presentation of quarterly area business reviews.

Lead site engagement strategies, working closely with imaging centers, nuclear medicine specialists, and key stakeholders to ensure optimal patient access and product utilization.

Establish and manage a structured approach for education, developing training materials, presenting product information, and ensuring consistent knowledge dissemination to internal and external stakeholders.

Represent Telix at meetings and conferences, synthesizing insights that shape company strategy.

Oversee competitive intelligence gathering and market insights, ensuring internal teams have up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

Act as a key liaison among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with cross-functional partnerships. Manage key projects and initiatives within the organization, ensuring efficient execution and measurable impact on Telixโs strategic goals.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, corporate policies, and ethical guidelines, proactively addressing any gaps in training or adherence.
Qualifications

BS or MS degree in scientific discipline (preferred Radiology or similar) or equivalent experience required.

Certification by Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.

5 yearsโ experience with technical aspects of PET/CT scanning with NGIโs required.

Experience in radiopharmaceuticals required, prostate cancer preferred.

Thorough understanding of relevant policies guiding the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Experience/expertise in interpretation of scientific data, market research, and competitive intelligence tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted objectives.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong multi-tasking, time-management, organization and interpersonal skills, business acumen, and high level of emotional intelligence.

Detailed knowledge of regulations and practices related to industry interactions with healthcare professionals.

Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment.

Ability to quickly understand complex disease areas, treatments, and clinical development plans, healthcare landscape, hospitals, healthcare professionals, and patient journey.
