[Hiring] NP/PA - Virtual Urgent Care @Oscar Health

Role Description

We are hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Virtual Urgent Care team. You must already have full practice licensure in at least 3 of the following states: Florida, Texas, Ohio, New Jersey, Georgia.

About the role:

• Looking for virtual care providers who can provide telemedicine services.
• Deliver patient care on Oscar's platform(s) via messaging and phone.
• Opportunity to re-imagine how we diagnose, treat, and follow up with members virtually.
• Work remotely and collaborate with our team to provide exceptional patient care.
• This is a full-time remote role with Oscar Medical Group.
• Report to the Medical Director, Virtual Urgent Care.
• Shift: 7a - 5pm ET, 2 weekend days required every 4 weeks.
• Work Location: Remote.
• Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Qualifications

• NP or PA Degree from an accredited program.
• Board Certification.
• Licensed in at least 3 out of the 5 following states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, GA.
• Willingness to be licensed in additional states with our assistance.
• 3+ years experience in urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine practice.
• 2+ years of telehealth experience.

Requirements

• Bonus points for being licensed in other OMG states: AZ, CO, CT, IA, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, VA.
• Spanish fluency.

• Base pay: $116,400 - $152,775 per year.
