Handspring is a mission-driven, early-stage healthcare organization. We are seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee and support our team of therapists providing evidence-based CBT therapy. Your role involves:

Facilitating team consultations

Offering risk consultations
This position offers the opportunity to shape our clinical approach and mentor therapists while improving mental health outcomes for young patients. You will work closely with Handspringโs Clinical Leadership.
What youโll do

Oversee and provide clinical supervision to therapists

Conduct regular individual consultation sessions to ensure high-quality care and professional development

Facilitate group case consultations and lead team meetings to promote collaborative problem-solving and knowledge sharing

Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation to maintain best practices

Ensure therapists' compliance with safety protocols, documentation requirements, and ethical standards

Provide on-call risk consultation during daytime and evening clinic hours (on a rotating basis) for complex or crisis situations

Mentor and support therapists in their professional growth

Participate in quality assurance efforts, including regular chart audits and outcome measurements

Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to develop and implement new evidence-based treatment approaches and programs
Qualifications

Licensed mental health professional with at least 10 years post-license experience providing psychotherapy, including 6+ years specifically in pediatric mental health

Experience with supervision and risk management in pediatric outpatient setting

Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFTs, PsyD, PhD)

Ability to work independently with an interest in collaboration and learning

Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools

Extensive knowledge of CBT; experience with other evidence-based models, such as DBT and/or behavioral parenting support & training is a plus

Experience supporting therapists in assessing and managing mild to moderate risk

Experience treating children, adolescents, and/or young adults with a range of diagnoses including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, behavioral challenges, and other diagnoses of childhood and adolescence

The salary range is $100,000 - $115,000; equity in Handspring
