Role Description

• Location: Remote
• Facility: Mosinee Offsite
• Department: Pharmacy
• Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift | Full-Time
• Salary range: $19.73-$26.70 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role:

• Championing the Patient Journey: You will oversee the heartbeat of patient access—ensuring that scheduling, registration, and billing flow seamlessly so our patients experience zero friction from the moment they walk in.
• Bridging Clinical and Admin Teams: You will serve as the essential liaison, translating clinical needs into administrative action and building strong, cooperative relationships across departments.
• Shaping Operational Strategy: You won't just follow a script; you will partner closely with management to establish, implement, and track meaningful operational goals for your area.
• Guiding Quality and Compliance: You will keep the department strong and efficient by helping monitor key performance indicators, from staffing levels and budget tracking to quality measures and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Requirements

• Epic experience desired.
• Medication prior authorization required.
